Feather & Feed is a subscription-based service that provides and maintains bird feeders for senior living communities. We handle installation, cleaning, and regular refills so residents can enjoy birds without the hassle of upkeep.

2. How does the subscription work?

We offer monthly plans where our team visits every 10–14 days to clean and refill feeders. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be adjusted or canceled anytime.

4. How many feeders do we get?

Most communities start with 15 feeders, but packages can be customized based on your property size and resident your interest. We are here for you and your community so let us know what you need and we will take care of you.

5. Do we need to provide birdseed or equipment?

Yes, we supply everything—feeders, birdseed, and all maintenance materials.

6. Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts are required. You can cancel or adjust your plan at any time with 30 days’ notice.

7. What happens if a feeder is damaged or stolen?

We replace damaged or missing feeders at no additional cost to you.

8. How do we schedule delivery and refills?

After sign-up, we contact you to confirm your preferred delivery days and times. We maintain a set schedule for consistency.

9. What areas do you service?

We currently serve the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area and surrounding suburbs. We expect expansion to other regions every month so reach out if you would like us to service your area.
